Star Bharat’s recently launched show Meri Saas Bhoot Hai is a horror comedy show which revolves around Gaura and her late mother in law Rekha. How Gaura’s life turns into a nightmare when Rekha’s ghost starts troubling after marriage will be interesting to watch.
In the previous episode, Rekha requests Kanchan to perform the arti of Gaura. Som pursues her. Rekha informs Som that Gaura is uneducated and repeatedly referred to her as Champak Churel.
Som informs Rekha if she is correct Gaura will never have the status of his wife; she will only have the status of his namesake. Gaura inquires whether Rekha is upset due to her education. Kanchan claims that Rekha and Som are omniscient.
Gaura performs the grahpravesh ritual and then enters the house. Ganga and Kanchan observe that a piece of glass has caused Gaura’s feet to bleed. Kanchan states that Gaura will devote her entire being to the relationship; therefore, Som must accept her.
Twinkle meets Som and seeks his friendship. She presents him with a rudraksha pendant. Gaura intends to win Rekha’s affection. Kanchan and Ganga attempt to undermine her morale. Som views footage of Gaura calling Rekha Champak Churel on television. He gets angry.
In the upcoming episode, Som confronts Gaura for demeaning Rekha by referring to her as “Champak Churel” . In anger, he destroys all the arrangements. Gaura weeps and approaches Rekha. Rekha wonders why Gaura is approaching her.
