The episode starts with Rakesh sneaks into ICU. He notices Nurse there and hides behind the curtain. Nurse enquires him who is he? What’s he doing here? Rakesh lies to her that he is here to meet here. Nurse demands him to wait outside or else she will get infection. He wishes to kill Neeti before Parineet notices him. Nurse asks him to wait outside. Meanwhile Rajeev keeps thinking about Neeti. He wish Neeti to call him or message him? He realises that he forgets to bring his phone. His boss asks him to explain clients about their new project. Rajeev explains it to them and excuses them. He notices Neeti’s missed call and feels happy. He thinks that she is alright he wish to call her once. He gets surprised why didn’t she attend his call. Sanju thinks she went to her mom’s house. He calls Sukhwinder and enquires her about Neeti. She asks him to send Neeti to her house for few days reasoning it has been long she didn’t meet her. Rajeev nods and thinks where did she went? His friend informs to him Boss is upset with him. He demands Rajeev to attend the meeting. Rajeev sends message to him and leaves from there.
Parineet checks Neeti’s phone and finds out Sanju’s missed calls. She calls back to him but he didn’t attend it. Later MLA spots Sehar in hospital. MLA slaps him in anger and demands him to confess what’s he hiding from him? Sehar informs him Rajesh is in Chandigarh. He narrates to him what actually happened? MLA is furious on him. Rakesh comes there and signals Sehar to don’t spills out the beans. MLA slaps Rakesh in anger and demands him to leave from here. Rakesh is adamant to get Parineet back in his life. MLA says to him this girl will ruin both of their life. He adds thar he knows well what to do next? He will deal with this matter.
Sehar asks Rakesh what to do next? Rakesh is adamant to kill Neeti to solve all issues. He adds that Neeti is over smart so he might finish her matter. Peoples will think her life over that’s it. Later Mandeep doubts what’s MLA doing in hospital. She complaints about him. Simi thinks what’s he doing here instead of going to police station? She doubts something definitely happened here. She goes out to check it. Mandeep demands him to drive back but he suggests her to wait till she come back but she dent it. Later Parineet calls Rajeev to inform him about Neeti’s state but he lashes out at her for troubling him. He warns her to stop calling him often he is already in mood off. Parineet thinks why did everything going wrong today.
Later Rajeev missed Neeti a lot and asks her to call him or message him at least. Chandrika notices him and teases him misunderstanding he is missing Parineet. He about to tell her he is missing Neeti but pause. He thinks that he realises today how much he miss her in life. Without her his life boring. Chandrika calls Parineet to learn about her whereabouts? Neeti informs to her that Neeti met with an accident. Chandrika shares to her Tai ji angry on her but she will forgive her if she understands her situation. Meanwhile Doctor enquires Parineet Is she contacted Neeti’s husband? She tells her that she keeps calling him but he didn’t attend the call. Doctor tells her that it’s important to do surgery. They can’t able to delay it.
Parineet notices Neeti is shifted to another room. Parineet follows her behind. Rakesh notices her and hides from her sight. He thinks that after he finish Neeti then she can wait and see what will he do with her. He gets shock to find Parineeti’s family members there and doubts why are they searching his father? Mandeep asks Parineet what’s she doing here? What happened to Neeti? She inform her that she met with an accident. Parineet asks him to save her. Till her family members won’t come they won’t start her surgery. Parineet inform them that Sanju not attending her call at all.

Precap; Rakesh will inject poison in Neeti’s body. Neeti will get fix. Parineet will come there and ask her how did she fall down? Neeti will try to talk with her but faint. She will call doctor there. Doctor will inform to them she is no more.
