Episode begins with Anant asks Gehna that why she took this much time for morning walk and why she didn’t pick his call. Kanak tells him that they went out for shopping and takes her inside and asks her to behave normal and not tell about the accident to Anant because it’s not a major accident and leaves from there. Gehna promises to God that she will drive carefully from now on and decides to forget the accident and also thinks to inform Anant about the accident later.
Chetan asks Gehna about Hema and the latter tells him that she don’t know. Police inspector comes there and asks about Hema. Praful tells him that she is his daughter in law. Police inspector reveals about Hema’s accident which shocks everyone. Gehna realises that the person she hit with her car is Hema. Police inspector informs them that it’s a hit and run case but they have an eyewitness so soon they will catch the culprit. Gehna drops the tray in shock.
Desai’s reaches the hospital and Chetan cries seeing Hema unconscious. Pankaj consoles him. Anant learns about Hema’s accident. Doctor informs Desai’s that Hema can go into coma if she doesn’t regain her consciousness within 24 hours then. Gehna blames herself for Hema’s condition. Kanak lies to them that Gehna was supposed to go to market to buy groceries that’s why Gehna saying like this and takes her out of the room. Gehna reveals the truth to Kanak. Kanak tells her that she made mistake by helping her. Gehna tells her that she is going to reveal the truth to everyone. Kanak warns her saying that she won’t leave her if anything happens to Hema then.
Anant reaches the hospital. Gehna prays to God for Hema and talks to herself saying that she should tell the truth to everyone. Anant asks her that what happened to her and why she seems tensed. Pankaj comes there and tells Anant that Police found the car which hit Hema and that car is in outside hospital only. Gehna runs from there and overhears Police’s conversation and confesses that she is responsible for the accident. Anant recalls that how his car key went missing and Gehna returned it to him and lies to Police inspector that he is responsible for the accident.
He takes Gehna aside and scolds her for lying to him and Gehna asks him to listen her once. He asks her that does she know that she hit someone and she nods at him. He tells her that he won’t forgive her but he can’t let Police arrest her too and takes the blame to save her. Police brings the eyewitness and the latter confirms the car and reveals that he didn’t saw the face but it’s man who drived the car. Police arrests Anant. Gehna reveals to Desai’s that she hit Hema.
