The episode starts with Suhani recalling her families concern for her. Aditya asks her if she is worried thinking about Dr Ranveer. Suhani says she is able to handle him and his anger doesn’t bother her. Ranveer stops his car and blocks their way. He sits in the hospital cab beside Suhani. Ranveer says he will go to hospital in the cab only and no one will disturb his sound sleep. Aditya gives bluetooth device to Suhani and they both laugh watching a funny video in the car. Ranveer wakes up and gets annoyed. He says they don’t know how to respect their seniors and why Suhani didn’t follow his orders. Suhani replies, this is not his personal car and the hospital cab is for all the doctors. If he has problem then he can go in his own car.
Ranveer says that she has to follow his instructions outside the hospital too. Aditya and Suhani decide to get out of the car. Aditya says he and Suhani will go to the hospital together. Ranveer stops them from leaving. Aditya praises Suhani for her befitting reply to Ranveer. Ranveer calls them in his cabin. Ranveer tells Aditya to lift up an oxygen cylinder. Suhani says it’s not a doctor’s job, but a ward boy’s duty to carry the cylinder. Ranveer says in emergency situations a doctor should have the skills to save a patient. Aditya struggles to carry the cylinder, and Ranveer tells Suhani not to help him.
Aditya follows Ranveer and Ranveer tells him to keep holding the cylinder for all night. He can’t keep it down for some reason. Suhani says that Aditya objects saying that Aditya will have neck injury if he holds the cylinder for long. She asks Ranveer why he is troubling Aditya to take revenge? Ranveer says it’s his order and the patient won’t be at risk. Suhani tells Aditya that Ranveer will now torture him. Aditya says he can do it easily and she should be relaxed. Ranveer learns from his ward boy that Suhani is holding the cylinder in Aditya’s place. Ranveer scolds Aditya for giving the heavy cylinder to Suhani. Aditya says Suhani gave him swear and took the cylinder forcibly. Suhani says they both are trainees under Ranveer, so they both will get tortured by him, not just Aditya. Ranveer should not underestimate her. Ranveer takes the cylinder from her and Aditya checks her hands. Ranveer feels jealous seeing them, and says Aditya to stay in limits.
Suhani says she is fine. Ranveer drinks alcohol on the terrace in anger. He says he hates Suhani as she wanted to kill him. There Suhani also feels Ranveer crossed all lines and she hates him. Mamta acts like having back ache and Ranveer decides to take her to another hospital but Mamta says she will go to his hospital only for treatment. Ranveer says there is not enough facilities but she remains adamant. Ranveer thinks that Suhani has night shift, so he will take Mamta during day time, so that she doesn’t have to face Suhani. Suhani and Aditya bring a present for Nisha in the hospital to surprise her. Ranveer also reaches there with Mamta. Mamta holds Suhani’s hand surprisingly and Suhani startled to see her.
