The episode starts with Anurag thinking to go to the award function. Kajol waits on the stage for Anurag and tells she wants to receive the award from the little girl who saved her life. Anurag thinks he cannot meet Kajol today and thinks Kajol would forgive her for this. Thakur Maa and Kajol’s siblings watch the award on phone and clap for her on receiving the award. Kajol tells she would like to dedicate the award to her father who taught her to help others always. Anurag watches Kajol’s speech on his phone.
Kajol tells she would also like to dedicate the award to Doctor Anurag because without him she wouldn’t have been standing here. Kajol thanks Anurag for saving her life and praises him for always being there for her family and helping them selflessly. Kajol tells he is not just a great doctor but a great son and a great human being too and today if he is not here it is definitely because he has some other more important work. Everyone claps for Anurag. Anurag feels good to know Kajol thinks good about him.
Kajol thinks Anurag should take his own decision and be happy with his dream girl. Anurag thinks he will live with Kajol’s memories forever as now he cannot give anyone else place in his heart. Sharmila tells Kajol if she feels so about Anurag why did she reject his proposal? Sharmila tells Anurag made her promise not to talk on this matter with you but today you have made me speak. Kajol tells she denied Anurag because he asked her out of pity. Sharmila tells Anurag is not a stupid person to do so,he asked to marry you because he loves you.
Kajol tells Sharmila he love Priyanka. Sharmila tells Kajol she has a misunderstanding and Anurag himself has told her that he loves only Kajol. Kajol is emotional to find out Anurag loves her. Sharmila tells Kajol to hurry and stop Anurag,she tells him Anurag is leaving because his heart got broken by your rejection but now go and tell him that you also love him. Sharmila tries calling Anurag but he doesn’t pick up the call thinking he will have a breakdown so he turns off his phone.
Kajol takes a cab to the airport and tries calling Anurag but his phone is off. Kajol’s cab stops halfway and she starts running towards the airport. A newly wed couple going for honeymoon drops Kajol to the airport. Airport security doesn’t let Kajol inside and tells her that the flight for US has already left. Priyanka comes to airport and hopes she will meet Anurag and tell him about her feelings for him. Kajol finds Anjali’s photo and diary and picks it up. Anurag tells her it is his diary and is shocked to find Kajol. Anurag told her he missed his flight but he has booked another one and was just about to leave. The episode ends with Kajol asking Anurag is it necessary to leave?
