The episode starts with Sayuri finally waking up. Everyone were scared. Sayuri looks at everyone and says their baby. She cries that they lost their child because of Rishi. She cries in his arms. Sayuri says about the dreams they had of their baby. Kanha tries comforting her when Dhanraj asks Kanha to take her to room. They leave while others gets relieved that Sayuri’s got out of her trance. Dhanraj advises them to let Sayuri do whatever she wishes.
Nakul says that from the time Rishi entered their life they lost the happiness of the house and still it didn’t return. Kusum says they must forget that somone like him ever entered their life. Saroj thinks that it’s good that Sayuri recovered from her trauma and Kanha can be at peace. However she worries how she would handle the thing that she could never conceive and worries about their future.
Nakul asks Kusum to call Yash and say that Sayuri recovered. Kusum also thinks that it’s right and calls Yash. Yash picks the call and Kusum asks whether he hand chocolate with him. Yash says that he does and he have it. Kusum says about Sayuri coming out of her trance. Yash gets happy and asks her to hand sweet too. Kusum puts sweet in her mouth and says she had it but little. Yash says he will come there and feed her more. He flirts with her without conscious and Kusum gets shy and cuts the call. Yash also shies away.
Sayuri is lying on bed with Kanha. Sayuri says that he has to handle so much pain because of her. She says that he needs to handle the baby’s lose and also handle her and feels bad for him. Kanha asks her to forget the past and be happy for their family. Sayuri agrees to overcome the pain and be happy for the family. She says that they need to forget the past and welcome a fresh start. Kanha appreciates her and Sayuri goes back to sleep. Kanha apologizes in his mind as he couldn’t confess the complete truth to her.
Next day morning, Sayuri and Kanha pray God for bringing the happiness of the family back. Family says that they must celebrate Kusum’s birthday and everyone rejoices. They all silently sneaks into her room and shouts happy birthday at sleeping Kusum bursting colour papers. Kusum is surprised and soon takes everyone’s blessings for her birthday. Kusum is every happy. Nakul and Kanha fight who has to wish her first. Kusum scolds them to stop for fun. She hugs them both and they wish her simultaneously. Kanha says that they need to party the whole day and should start it with breakfast. They all leave asking her to get ready. Kusum thanks God for blessing her with such a happy family.
Precap : Sayuri will ask Kusum to dress better as its her birthday. Kanha will ask why would she dress all glittery early morning and stay uncomfortable whole night. Sayuri will say that someone important is coming to visit her and Kusum will get ready understanding it’s Yash. Kanha and Sayuri will see it and wish that Yash and Kusum will get together in life. Saroj will get shocked hearing it. She will find Yash gifting bouquet to Kusum and Kusum happily accepting it and gets shocked.
