Episode begins with Preesha wakes up in the middle of the night and searches Rudraksh. She thinks that how can he leave her alone when he knows that she gets hungry every night. She comes downstairs and hears a noise so goes outside. She gets surprised seeing the panipuri and ice cream stall. Ruhi tells Preesha that Rudraksh won the bet because Preesha is hungry at 3am. Saaransh says that Preesha can eat whatever she wants.
Rudraksh asks Preesha that what she want to eat now. She gets emotional and hugs him. Kids leaves from there. Rudraksh asks Preesha that how is the surprise. She tells him that she thought he left her. He tells her that their fights can’t separate them. He says that they can’t ruin their relationship for others. He adds that he knows that Anvi is like a daughter for Preesha so she is worried about Anvi. And Revati is like his sister and he don’t want them to fight for them. She starts eating.
6th month, Preesha and Rudraksh attends lamaze classes ( Title song plays in the background ). 9th month, trainer tells Rudraksh that he cleared the exam with full marks. She tells Preesha that her course is completed. She wishes them.
On the other hand, Sharda looks after the decorations. Rudraksh and Preesha comes there. They gets excited to welcome the baby. Sharda informs them about baby shower ceremony. Rudraksh tells her that he can help her. She tells him that she will handle everything.
She asks him to take care of Preesha and help Preesha to get ready. Preesha says that Sharda is best. Sharda tells her that she will do the baby’s upbringing. Revati laughs hearing their conversation. Preesha notices that. Rudraksh tells Preesha that she need to get some rest and takes her to their room.
Later, Preesha drops her earrings and tries to get it. She cries that she could not able to do anything and she became fat. Rudraksh tells her that she didn’t become fat but baby is there inside her. He asks her to smile and helps her to get ready ( Ek dil ek jaan song plays in the background ). He compliments her and says that everyone waiting for them. He takes her downstairs.
Preesha’s baby shower ceremony begins. Revati tells Preesha that she is so happy because her baby getting so many blessings today. She says that after few days her Dev will be with her. She adds that even Rudraksh can’t help Preesha. Malati comes there and tells Preesha that the latter must be tired and takes her to a room. She tells her that she knows that what Revati doing because she overheard her and Revati’s conversation.
Preesha tells her that Revati is really cunning. Malati tells her that they will hide the latter’s baby and lie to Revati that the baby died. She asks her to not worry saying that she is with her. Preesha hugs her and thanks her. She thinks that Revati can’t take her baby from her. She gets labour pain. Malati calls Revati to send her from the house.

Precap – Malati informs Khuranas about Preesha’s labour pain. Preesha gives a birth to a boy. Revati comes there and asks Preesha about baby. Preesha tells her that her baby died. Rudraksh asks Preesha that why she is crying. She tells him something.
