The Episode begins with Naira requesting Kartik to come to her, what happened to her, why is Vedika here. Kartik goes to Naira and holds her hands. He hugs her. Vedika cries. Naira asks him to state. He tells everything. Naira says you’ve given me your liver and stored my life, how shall I thank you, thanks Vedika, you lost everything, even then you saved my life.
Kartik says listen to me, I must tell you, Vedika gave her kidney, but… Pallavi asks them to him to venture out, there are chances of disease, Naira should take rest for several days. Kartik says we will not speak much. Pallavi says only one family member can satisfy daily.
Kartik asks Naira to take rest. Pallavi sees Vedika. Kartik says how will I tell her. After couple of days, Kairav and Vansh sing Naira and Vedika are coming home. Dadi says I got the court for divorce and then marriage will take place. Kairav asks why is mumma coming here. Dadi says Naira needs rest, I requested Kartik to receive her here. Naksh makes cup cakes for Vedika. He states Vedika is arriving from the hospital. Bhabhimaa says we were upset that physicians didn’t let’s Naira and Vedika. Devyaani says yes. Naira hears nurses talking about Pallavi and Vedika.
Nurse says Pallavi gave her gentle injection and did dressing herself, she did not give her any sugar, do not understand why. Kairav and everybody wait for Naira. Samarth says she has arrived. They all dance. Kartik gets down the vehicle. They get shocked seeing Vedika with him. Suwarna says maybe Vedika believed to come here and then go there. Manish says we could welcome Naira and Vedika, call Naira, where is she. Kairav and Vansh run to the car. They do not see anyone inside.
Kairav asks Kartik where’s mumma. Dadi comes to inquire Kartik, where’s Naira. Bhabhimaa says we did not know you’re coming here.
