The episode begins with Abir entering his room enraged. Parul comes behind him asking him to calm down. Abir shouts asking what Lakshman was doing there and blames Meenakshi for making him Nanu ashamed before this Maheshwaris as well as plotting to create that channdelier fall because she wished to harm Mishti. Parul tries calming down him and reminds him that Rajshri explained that she set the candle close to the rope of the chandelier by mistake so it was not Meenakashi’s plan. She states that she knows he got scared because Mishti could have got hurt. However Abir remains frustrated because everyone always thinks what will be Meenakshi’s next plan. Parul asks him to consider Mishti and himself and speak to Mishti. Abir calms down.
Meenakshi and Nidhi overheard their conversation. Nishi informs Meenakshi that Parul was her shadow so she was supposed to remain behind her but she’s going ahead and in reality rather than asking Abir to talk to her she suggested him to converse with Mishti.
On the other hand Mishti remembers the chandelier injury and Meenakshi denying that she is not behind it. She thinks if they need to be certain that Meenakshi won’t actually do something. She believes to phone Abir and opens her bag to find the mobile and only then notices the envelope with the divorce note for Kuhu inside.
Kunal comes in Abir’s room where he sees his brother playing”Dheere dheere” song on guitar. He cried hearing it. Kuhu comes and hugs Kunal from behind but when Abir stops playing with the music, Kunal realizes it is just his imagination.
Abir asks Kunal why he’s looking so lost. Kunal says nothing has happened and asks Abir if he’s fine. Abir replies he is feeling better after realizing that the future of a relationship is dependent upon its beginning: he’s fought against everyone because of his connection with Mishti but he is not going to do that anymore. Kunal asks him what he will do then. Abir says he wishes to make every individual that has contributed in making him reach there feel special. Kunal recalls how Abir encouraged him in his marriage and states that it would haven’t occurred without Abir and he can not let it get busted.
Mishti is going to open the note when Kuhu comes and snatches it from her asking her if she can not see her name on the envelope. Mishti apologizes saying that it was a note from court so she believed to start. Kuhu lies that it is something related to her company so she does not need to create any play and disturb the household. Mishti asks her why she’s talking like this where Kuhu replies that she’s fed up with her and can not bear her . She adds that she’s always wanted her to escape her life but it always occurs what Mishti wants. Mishti claims that she simply got tensed seeing the note from courtroom. Only then she receives a message from Abir requesting her to meet. Kuhu receives a message from Kunal too inquiring if everything is fine in her residence, if Mishti is fine. She deletes the message and leaves.
Kunal believes that if he attempts saving his union for Abir then he’ll again look like an idiot and wonders if he’s trying to save his relationship with Kuhu since he’s started liking her. Jugnu comes in the area and Kunal asks him if he’s fallen in love. He asks him how to figure out in real life if love has occurred. Jugnu says that someone that has already fallen in love and has already done a love union too should not ask something like this. He leaves. Kunal gets stressed as the date given by court has come quite close and he does not know what to do except that he does not need Kuhu to leave him. He messages Kuhu requesting her to speak with him because he wants another chance. Only then Nanu and Ketki come and Nanu informs Kunal they wish to do something special for Mishti and Kunal the next day but they do not know what to do. Kunal has an idea.
Meanwhile Kuhu is awaiting Kunal’s call. Varsha comes and tells her that the mandap wala is not picking her up calls. Kuhu states that she should not call him too then. She talks considering Kunal. Varsha asks her to call the mandap wala after and then leaves. Kuhu receives a message from Kunal and gets happy seeing that he’s written that he desires her. She rushes to meet him. Bekhudi plays.
Mishti waits in the chai stall for Abir. The latter is dressed up as chaiwala and makes chai for Mishti who recognizes him. He sits alongside Mishti who informs him that she’s been into a function now where she has danced a lot and now she’s feeling hungry. Abir claims that it is steange they did not give her food at the function. Mishti asks her if everything is fine where Abir answers that everything is fine. Mishti says this is her dialogue. Abir apologizes for what happened. Mishti states that it was not his error or Meenakshi’s. She jokes that she does not need to provide dowry now. Abir brings her nearer saying that his purpose is to gain something else.
Kuhu comes back home and goes into her room where she sees Kunal and asks her why he called her there. She gets frustrated when Kunal states that they wanted to compensate for what happened today so that they will need to plan a surprise for Mishti and asks her aid. Kuhu thinks he is again talking about Mishti and does not care about their divorce. She says that she does not care about her dumb plan and is about to leave when Nanu comes and tells her that it had been his idea only and apologizes. Kuhu claims that she will certainly help if it is his idea. Nanu gets happy and leaves. Kunal wants to speak with Kuhu about their divorce but she states that she does not want to waste her time and leaves.
Mishti is going to leave but Abir stops her saying that he’ll whine to Meenakshi if she leaves. Mishti sits back near him stating that if Meenakshi is reckless, she’s angry chorni the original also. Abir corrects her saying that she’s his mad chorni the original. They hug smiling.
Meenakshi recalls Abir yelling at Lakshman and then Nidhi’s words. She believes she can not give up and let her son go far from her.
After some time Mishti comes back home and Vishambharnat arrives to converse with her in her area about the chandelier collision. Mishti asks him not to worry. Vishambharnat says he has come to apologize for forcing her to get married to Nishant for the household.
Nanu scolds Meenakshi also for what she’s done in the name of family and now she must confront the consequences of her errors. Meenakshi takes her mistakes and states that she’s known tha he will not help her but Nanu says he will. Meenakshi asks him if he’s arranging a surprise for Mishti and Abir that was her thought but she did not want anyone to come to understand about that. Nanu says he is expecting his upbringing and asks him not to violate his trust this moment. Meenakshi promises that.
Mishti asks Vishambharnat to trust himself and states that there’s no greater Bade Papa than him on earth. They have a laugh together. Vishambharnat tells Mishti he will be there for her always. They hug.
The following morning Mishti offers her help to Jasmeet from the kitchen but she won’t get assistance from her and asks Kuhu to bring the tray. Mishti tries talking to her but Kuhu asks her to know that Jasmest is ignoring her and is also sad but she does not care and is celebrating in front of her. Mishti says that she’s right since she can’t imagine her pain particularly when she’ll get to understand that she was the person who kept bringing Abir in her son’s wedding functions. Kuhu states that she did that just once. Mishti says that everything appears to be fair if she does this and taunts her before departing.
Kuhu is frustrated because she has to plan a surprise for Mishti.
