The episode starts with Sid saying he decides to not sell any of his shops. Girish asks them to leave. Agarwal asks if they called them to show them low. Sid says your interest is more on insulting my family than buying the shops so the deal is canceled. Everyone feels happy. Agarwal says he won’t leave them. Girish says he can’t do anything. Agarwal talks badly about Girish. Abhishek warns them to leave. Aditya says he will make them beg in the streets. Girish says they are number one because of their Dad principles.

Mithai tells Harimohan and his wife that their family is still united to face problems. Hari Mohan says he is seeing the ray of hope and you’re the one who can unite them. Abhishek says they can’t become number one. Agarwal says your grandson came to us to sell the shops and now our rivalry is public. Sid says to Mr. Agrawal, I won’t sell you anything and I swear, I’ll buy your each and every shop in the next 365 days, go and save your name and your brand. Aditya mocks him to learn the market first. Agarwal takes him.

Dadu meets Sid and tells him that he is proud of his decision. Sid says I never liked this and now I have to do business of the same thing, I don’t know anything about this business and I hate this business. Hari Mohan asks him to not to take the stress. He makes him take prasad and asks what his problem is. Sid says he challenged Agarwal but it’s not my cup of tea. Dadu says finish the challenge or let it happen how it’s happening. Mithai comes there. Sid says he can’t even bear the sweet smell. Mithai tried to eavesdrop on their conversation but she falls inside. Sid leaves. Dadu says he is scared. Mithai goes to talk to him.

Mithai is about to fall down in Sod’s room. Sid saves her. Shubham and Apeksha see them. Shubham leaves. Apeksha says, Sid. Mithai falls down with a jerk holding Sid. Apeksha lost in her thought. Sid takes Apeksha to the study room. Mithai says she has to make Sid not back out. Pramod serves tea to everyone. Girish asks why he called them. Pramod says we all don’t like Mithai and he tells them some plan. Abha agrees with the plan. Girish says he is not with them in the plan and leaves. Abhishek also leaves.

Sid says it’s not technology to learn and I’m minus in it. Apeksha says glad you realise it and you changed so much and take u turn from our career. Mithai gives the menu to Sid and says here is the menu, now upload it on the internet and go live. Apeksha asks if she is hearing them. Mithai says he wants to live for his family so support him. Apeksha calls Mithai as illiterate. Mithai says you’re literate but your education is not visible in your words. She asks Sid to listen his heart. Sid throws the menu and asks Mithai to get lost. Mithai leaves. Apeksha goes to get him a drink.
