In today’s episode, Interns out there bullies Abhimanyu. They talk with each other and say Abhimanyu is already frustrated and how he will take their class. Abhimanyu over hears the talk and stand stunned. Interns out there mock Abhimanyu. Harsh and Akshara gets angry. Abhimanyu gives lecture to the intern. One of the students out there realizes that they were mean with Abhimanyu. Other said they spoke the truth. Abhimanyu thinks about his hand.

Akshara takes the class of students. She lashes out them for insulting Abhimanyu. Akshara asks them to keep golden heart before becoming good doctor. Harsh sees Akshara. Akshara feels bad for Abhimanyu and says he might be hurt. She worry today’s incident would have affected him too. Akshara looks for Abhimanyu. A patient out there pleads Abhimanyu to do the operation. Abhimanyu asks the person if he has any medicine as his nerves are damaged. Akshara sees Abhimanyu. She vows to find Kunal and searches for him. Akshara gets adamant to help Abhimanyu.

Akshara sleep. Abhimanyu come to her. Akshara asks Abhimanyu why he is staring at her. Abhimanyu says he is lucky to have her near him. Kesariya song plays. Abhimanyu wakes up from the sleep. He fear Akshara left him. Abhimanyu share with sleeping Akshara that he won’t be able to breathe without her. He asks Akshara to never leave him else he won’t be able to live. Abhimanyu says he can’t let Akshara go away from him.

Later, Abhimayu along with Parth, Neil and Manjiri plans for Akshara’s birthday. He decides to make it memorable for Akshara. Akshara looks for Kunal. She learns Kunal visit Dargah every Friday. Akshara decide to hide about Kunal for now to keep expectation low. She decides to meet Kunal hiding from everyone.

Abhimanyu tells birthday plan to Kairav. Kairav shares the plan with Goenkas. Goenkas don’t react. Kairav asks if they didn’t like Abhimanyu’s idea. Manish says to Kairav that Akshara is lucky to have Abhimanyu. Akhilesh and Suhasini agree with Manish. Arohi says it will be fun to ruin Abhimanyu’s planning. Kairav says like Naira, Akshara too can continue her dream of teaching music to orphan children.

Abhimanyu decide to learn song for Akshara. He tries to play guitar. Parth and Manjiri give their support to Abhimanyu. Parth asks Abhimanyu how he will sing as he is in pain. Abhimanyu says love empowers pain.

Akshara lie to Abhimanyu, Parth and Manjiri to meet Kunal at Dargah. Arohi bumps into Akshara and asks where is going. Akshara lie to Arohi and rush to meet Kunal. [Episode Ends]

Precap: Arohi chases Akshara and learns she went to Dargah. Goenaks and Birla’s plan surprise for Akshara. Kunal makes his entry at Dargah and Akshara gets elated.
