The episode starts with Jai telling Bhakti that him and Aradhana have to leave as his family is waiting for them to perform the Mooh Dikhayi ritual. Bhakti blesses him and also gives gifts to him, then goes inside with Jakruti. Aradhana receives Reyansh’s call, which Jai notices it and asks the former to answer it, but Aradhana refuses, so Jai gets into the car. Reyansh comes in front of them and breaks a glass. Aradhana gets shocked. She then cries badly seeing his injured hand but gets into the car and leaves with Jai. Reyansh gets determined to make Aradhana return to him.
Later, Aradhana continuously receives a call from Reyansh. She answers it but refuses to meet him despite his plea and disconnects the call. Reyansh gets upset. He then continuously calls her, but Aradhana locks it in the cupboard and decides to go out, but Varun arrives there and gives her his phone. Aradhana learns Reyansh is on the other side, so she scolds Reyansh and then requests Varun not to answer Reyansh’s call, but seeing Reyansh is continuously calling her, she breaks the phone. Varun gets shocked. Aradhana apologises to Varun. She then receives a call from Reyansh from the Khurana’s house workers and the guests, which angers Aradhana, so she ends up answering Reyansh’s call. Reyansh compliments her. Aradhana scolds him for his torturous act. Reyansh asked her to meet him one last time, but Aradhana firmly refused. She also asks him to see her Mooh Dikhayi. Reyansh warns, reminding about her stubbornness, but Aradhana refuses to give into Reyansh’s request.
The guests praise Jai-Aradhana’s Mooh Dikhayi ceremony. They also talk about the drama that happened during Jai-Aradhana’s wedding, which tenses Neeta. Neeta distracts the guests with her jokes, then suggests to begin the ceremony. Guests compliments Aradhana. Reyansh sees everything through the video call. Aradhana decides to prove Reyansh wrong. One of the guest suggest to exchange rings to Jai-Aradhana. Aradhana makes Jai wear the ring. Reyansh sees a truck opposite him, so he drives towards it and crashes his car. Jai, who is about to wear a ring, hears the crashing sound along with Aradhana and the guests. Aradhana sees an injured Reyansh and falls unconscious. Jai gets worried.
Here, Reyansh is seen taken to the hospital. The hospital staff’s says to one another that Reyansh is no more. Meanwhile, Aradhana gains her consciousness and then leaves the place shocking Jai. Jai requests Neeta to manage the guests and then leaves. Varun mocks Neeta and questions what she is going to do. Neeta calls Bhakti and informs her about Aradhana’s act. Also, they have to face humiliation because of it. Bhakti gets worried. She tries to defend Aradhana’s act but fails.
Jai and Aradhana reach the accident spot where a man informs them that he feels Reyansh is dead, so Aradhana shouts at him. She then rushes to the hospital with Jai. Meanwhile, Neeta insults Bhakti. Bhakti struggles to answer Neeta. Here, Jai and Aradhana learn Reyansh is dead, but Aradhana refuses to believe it. Aradhana shouts at the police officer, too, when he asks her to confirm the identity of Reyansh. Both Aradhana and Jai get shocked seeing it’s indeed Reyansh.
Precap: Aradhana receives continuous calls and looks scared, so Jai takes Aradhana to a doctor and tells everything about Aradhana’s behaviour. The doctor says Aradhana must be in shock. Later, Aradhana feels Reyansh’s presence, so she calls out Jai for help.
