The episode starts with Jwala performing Abhishek to Shiv Ji. One man tells Jwala that bhogh has arrived from the army officer’s house as it’s his first anniversary. Mehek sees the moon and thinks finally day has arrived to fulfill her long standing wish of becoming Shesh Naagin. Vivan and Ritesh insist on Mehek eating something but she denies it. Mehek sees someone’s shadow. She feels scared and sends Ritesh to check. Chanda says you need to be scared in this way after the way you cheated on your sister. Mehek warns her to expose her truth if she does any extra. Chanda stands silent. Mehek welcomes Urvashi to the party.
In the room, Rishabh thinks about Pratha. He receives call and tells them that he is coming to attend the meeting. Mehek asks him to attend the party but he denies it. Anya and her sister discuss Rishabh became silent in his life and this Mehek is behind Pratha bhabhi’s arrest. Reem asks Mehek how she feels in a loveless marriage. Mehek says there is love. Ritesh asks Reem to handle their baby. She says she can’t. Chanda handles the kid. In the meeting, Rishabh denies wasting money on charity and tells them that he is changed.
Mehek sees the time. She leaves from the backside of the building and asks the driver to take her to Naagmahal. She sees shadow again. She tries to find that person through her power but she couldn’t. She goes to Naag mahal. The white snake stops her. Mehek kills that snake. Angel and Shesh Naag asks her to accept the Naagmani. Mehek says today Shiv Ji must give his blessings to me. She performs the tandav. Angel gives her milk vessel. She drinks the milk. Shesh Naag gives her Naagmani.
Mehek keeps that mani in her stomach. She falls to the floor then she stands up becoming Shesh Naagin. Mehek tells finally her wait is finished and she becomes the Shesh Naagin. Angel and Shesh naag look unhappy. Mehek goes to Shiv ling. Angel tells Shesh Naag that he didn’t expect Nagmani will accept Mehek. Shesh Naag says it’s a fate written by Shiv Ji and let’s see what happens next.
Jwala tells unconscious Pratha that Mehek is celebrating her anniversary and she went to Naagmahal and there is a kid with her so wake up from your sleep to take revenge on them and tonight is the night, Shiv Ji gave you chance to live to write the new story so wake up as the red moon is calling you. Jwala prays Shiv Ji to help Pratha to wake up if she is his true devotee. Moon rays fall on Pratha. Pratha gains consciousness and questions why they saved her and how when she doesn’t want to live. Jwala asks her to stay calm. She reveals to her that Inspector Vijay saved you so wipe your tears and take your revenge. Pratha in tears asks why to live when there is no one to her. Jwala consoles her. Ladies give her things and tell her these things belong to you and no one from your family collects them. Pratha says wish my baby is alive.
Later Pratha tries to leave giving the bag to the kid. The kid sees Payal and calls Pratha. Mehek breaks her ancestral frames in anger for making Pratha Shesh Naagin. Urvashi talks with Roopa photo. Reem comes there and tries to open the box. Urvashi stops her saying it’s her next plan. Reem says it’s an Indian map, danger is gone right. Urvashi says a new danger is about to attack the country. Pratha lights the pyre. She thinks to meet her baby by killing herself. She walks towards the fire.

Precap – Pratha listens Mehek’s plan of ruining the nation with Urvashi. Pratha promise Shiv Ji that she will become shesh Naagin.
