Episode begins with Himesh gives will papers to Devraj and ask him to sign on it. Uma Devi asks him that if it’s necessary to do this today. She says that today only they got Raksham death news. Dimpy tells her that they already know Raksham is dead. Vedika tells her that Raksham is alive and he will return one day for sure. She tells Devraj that she want one share of Dalmia industries for Raksham too. She says that she want this as mother. She tells Uma Devi that she hope the latter will understand her feelings. Himesh tries to say something but Devraj stops him.
Devraj asks lawyer to divide everything in 3 parts. Lawyer tells him that company can’t have more than two owners according to clause. Uma Devi tells Vedika that Raksham is not with them and they can’t do wrong with Himesh for Raksham. Vedika shows the letter and claims that Raksham is alive and goes inside. Uma Devi tells lawyer that they will do this tomorrow. Devraj scolds Uma Devi for hoping Raksham’s death and leaves from there.
On the other hand, Nityam learns that he has to wait for 6 months. And he thanks lawyer.
Dimpy tells Uma Devi that Saavi hided Raksham’s death proof and claimed that Raksham is alive. And now Vedika wants share for Raksham. Uma Devi warns her to not utter a word against Vedika. Dimpy says that Saavi is controlling Vedika. Uma Devi asks her that what Saavi will get by giving share to Raksham. Dimpy tells her that Raksham is dead so at end Raksham’s share will go to Nityam.
Uma Devi asks her that what they will do now. Dimpy says that she don’t think Saavi will return and they will handle Vedika. Saavi comes there and tells Dimpy that these kind of fights are common in any relationship and she won’t let this relationship get broken and goes inside.
Meanwhile, Sonam gives party to her old friends. She tells them that she want small help from them. She says that they are influencers and she wants their help to find Dhruv. They agrees to help her.
Vedika tells herself that Nityam did wrong and she has to apologize to Saavi. She hugs Saavi seeing her and apologizes to her. Saavi tells her that she returned because Nityam is emotionally weak now and few people want to take advantage of it. Vedika tells her that she know that person is Dimpy. She informs her that tomorrow lawyer is coming.
Himesh tells Dimpy that the letter brought by Saavi is not fake and Raksham will return. Dimpy tells him that they won’t get anything if Raksham returned then. She says that she want to become the owner of Dalmia industries and destroy Nityam for firing her. And she has to handle Raksham’s matter first.
Nityam tells Saavi that everyone says he is emotionless and he don’t care about it. And even he is surprised with his actions and she makes him react like that. He gives divorce papers to her and says that they have to stay together for 6 months. Saavi tells her that she will try her best to save their relationship.

Precap – Saavi asks half share from Dalmia industries to sign on the divorce papers. Vedika asks Nityam to give that to Saavi.
