The episode begins with Rahil looking for Sid. NV sees him and asks what happened. Rahil claims that Sid is missing shocking NV and Ishaani. Rishab states he hunted everywhere in hospital but could not find him anywhere.
NV asks Rahil and Rishab to go to a single street while he and Ishaani will visit the other one. He calls Ishaani who asks for her pill but NV claims he will keep his promise. Everyone are looking for Sid on streets requesting by passers about him. On the other hand Sid is seen walking on the street half conscious. He finds himself in trouble and falls unconscious on a hay stack.
On the other hand NV finds Ishaani losing her hands without her pills. He recalls physician saying the unwanted effects of immediate dropping of those pills. He offers her water and Ishaani says she is fine.
She on her way hears two people talking about a man unconscious with hospital clothing. She rushes there and NV follows her. She discovers Sid and NV tries waking him up. He finds his nose bleeding and states it to Ishaani. Ishaani tries helping him Sid pushes her and she drops unable to get up.
NV rushes to her and wakes her up. He caresses her face and says that he won’t let anything happen to her. Sid sees it while NV manages to create Ishaani stand. They turn to locate Sid missing . Rahil calls and he says what happened to him. They continue their search. .
Sid comes to Gurudwar and sits beneath a seat. He’s going to faint when somebody ties sacred cloth around his head and Sid falls on her lap throat. It turns out to be Bebe. She predicts NV and states about Sid being with her. NV says he’s coming and cuts the telephone. He states Ishaani and they rush to temple.
They finds Sid and Ishaani checks his pulse. She states that his heartbeat is high and bp is also high that may lead to his tumor becoming affected. They rush him to hospital.
Sid is laying on a single bed while Ishaani is about another one. NV, Rahil and Rishab takes care of Sid while Bebe manages Ishaani. Bebe states that you needs to restrain their feelings and get mental peace only by meditation rather than medications. She says about NV latest stubbornness is to prevent her from taking these pills.
Ishaani wonders about it. Sid wakes up and has hyper seeing on Sanjivani. NV calms him and decides to do anything to stop him even if it’s hard for him. He states that his and Ishaani’s union is a forced one done for the sake of her Maama and Maami and they never shared any husband and wife relationship . He indicates Rahil who injects him medication.
Sid in medication effects asks if he’ll get back his Ishaani when he has treated and NV with a heavy heart says his. He states that Ishaani is his and falls unconscious. NV is sitting distraught. Ishaani comes to him and gives her pills as he believed she arrived for it. He says he do not need them anymore. She sees his wounds and NV for the first time finds attention in her eyes. He wants to be injured forever.
